The Wild Feminine, Finding Power, Spirit and Joy in the Female Body, by Tami Lynn Kent

"Wild Feminine is the medicine that we all need to bodily reclaim the power and pleasure that are our birthrights."
I highly recommend this book to anyone receiving pelvic care for the very basic practical guide and applications of tending to our pelvic bowl.  There are a lot more gifts within this book as well.

I also adore our local publishing house in Tannesbourne/Beaverton, Or.; Beyond Words Publishing and Multimedia. They publish Tami Kent's precious books.  If you have found yourself connected to me, then you will most likely enjoy the books and gifts that they carry.  If you visit them locally, they have a large table full of super-discounted books and gifts.  Have fun!

Academy of Qi Dao:

Basic Qi Dao Home Study Course  for the foundational practices of Qi Dao and Dream Yoga which deepen your appreciation of The Art of Being in the Flow includes Qi Dao - Tibetan Shamanic Qigong DVD, Qi Dao - Tibetan Shamanic Qigong part I: Harmonious Culture of movement book,  Basic Qi Dao Workbook: The Experiential Guide To Tibetan Shamanic Qigong , a meditation guide CD that includes a bonus track of the most wonderful meditation music, and an invitation to join the Academy of Qi Dao; which is where the magic really is.  I adore the Qi Dao Initiation CD  and the invitation to Dream Yoga practices.  Ask me more about this one.

There was one testimonial that said this work was nothing outstanding, but what the person also did not actively engage is any of these practices. IF you just read the books but don’t practice, then the healing, wonderment and transformation will solely be stuck in the head, so to speak.  There are many other wonderful testimonials on by people who actually practiced and embodied the principles taught by Lama Somananda Tantrapa.

Please write  to collect your bonuses and take advantage of a free coaching session and further exploration. Ask questions about what you will discover practicing the magic of Qi Dao Tibetan Shamanic Qigong as taught by Lama Somananda Tantrapa.

As a part of the Qi Dao Practitioner Certification Program, this Basic level Course can take you on a mystical journey of discovering your inner nature, the world of lucid dreaming and spiritual adventure. Although you may enjoy the practices presented in this Course on your own, it is usually easier to learn and master them with a practice partner or a Certified Qi Dao Coach. Being able to apply all the practices presented in this Course is essential for developing a greater sensitivity to subtle flows of Qi, which can enable you to be in the flow. The practice of Qi Dao offers a consistent way to implement those insights into your daily life by promoting natural body awareness and facilitating alignment and strength. Furthermore, the Qi Dao coach is supposed to be a role model for love, energy awareness, and lucidity; thereby enhancing the client's ability to sense the flow of his or her own energy and to be in the flow, which spontaneously brings about the sense of well-being.

By the time you complete this Course, you will become:

More accepting of and attentive to your life s lessons
More present, as opposed to being stuck in the head

More able to decrease, increase and play with your experience of suffering:

from allergies, pain, thought patterns, behaviors and more.
More grounded, rooted and centered in a way that Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong foms do not do.
More relaxed, natural and spontaneous
More awake in the dream called your daily life
More in the flow, in the right place and at the right time.
